We collect your data when you visit our website, pay for a clock face or application via KiezelPay LLC, use a "Mayer Studios" product, or contact us for any reason.
We use Google Analytics, which collects data such as, but not limited to: visits, number of visits on an IP address, IP address, device info, along with other unidentifiable data. You can get more information about how Google using your data at: https://google.com/policies/privacy/partners We do not share this with any third parties.
Google Analytics is operated by Google, LLC. Mayer Studios has no relation with Google, LLC.
We may collect non-identifiable data from Fitbit or other providers. This includes, but is not limited to: BMR, height, weight, gender, age, activity, location and other data. This data is stored only through KiezelPay, LLC and providers authorized by "Mayer Studios" and cannot be viewed by third parties.
Analytics may be used at any time on any product to collect non-identifiable user information such as: IP Address, IP Location, Device Type, and Other Device Information.
We may also collect information like Gender, Market Category and Age
We do not publish, or transmit any user data to third parties.
Data may be shared with services such as KiezelPay LLC, Google LLC, Hotjar, OneSignal, and any other company deemed necessary to monitor services and provide additional services.
Your data will be stored for no longer than twelve (12) months.
You may request access to your data by emailing support@mayer-studios.com. We will respond to your request with thirty (30) days.
You may request for your data to be deleted of edited by emailing support@mayer-studios.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

No data is shared in any way with any third parties, other than: Google Analytics, KizelPay, Hostwinds, or any other service deemed necessary to allow products to function as intended.
All payments are handled by KiezelPay (a gateway provider). All data transmitted through KiezelPay is the sole responsibility of KiezelPay, and "Mayer Studios" is not responsible for any breach, hacking, data loss or other issues that arise from the use of this service.
Although security protection measures are taken, use of any "Mayer Studios" product or service, or entering any information in settings or on our website, is at your own risk. By using these products and services, you agree to not hold "Mayer Studios" or any service provider liable for any data loss, breach, or other issue arising from your use of these services.

All sales are final, and "Mayer Studios" reserves the right to deny access, stop supporting, and not give refunds for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to stop providing support to anybody, at any time, for any reason.
All legal disputes must be settled in Tippecanoe County, Indiana in the United States Of America or any other location as decided by "Mayer Studios". By agreeing to these terms, you agree to waive any objection to this venue.
By agreeing to these terms, you also agree that the governing law on these products is the law in Tippecanoe County, Indiana in the United States of America
All persons who citizens or residents, or companies who principally conduct business in, the European Union are exempt from the preceding two (2) provisions.
Mayer Studios is not responsible in any way for the loss, destruction, or dysfunctionality of any device, or property, unless otherwise noted.
